Mouth Watering Banana Bread

Maryam Z | 1:47 AM |
Ingredients:
4 ripe bananas (smashed)
1/3 cup butter (melted)
1 cup sugar
1 egg (beaten)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
A pinch of salt
1/4 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:
1.) Preheat oven to 350 degrees

2.) In a large bowl mix butter, bananas, sugar, egg, and vanilla until well blended.

3.) Sprinkle in the baking soda and salt and mix.

4.) Slowly add flour to the mixture.

5.) Last but not least, add the walnuts. (this is optional)
Grease and lightly flour a 4x8 pan to prevent bread from sticking. Pour mixture into the pan.
Bake for about 1 hour. Once done, let it cool and enjoy.
