About YouCopia:
YouCopia was founded in 2006 by father-daughter duo, Mark and Lauren Greenwood. Mark, who has 30+ years experience in housewares, hardware, pet and juvenile industries, worked with product engineer Brian McLain to design and also develop a concept that would challenge traditional meaning of the "spice rack".

The SpiceStack organizes your store bought spices in the kitchen cabinet. The unique horizontal drawers flip down to reveal spice bottle labels making it easier to select the spice you need and easy to return while cooking. There have been more than 400,000 SpiceStacks sold to date because it works so well! The concept is also great in their line of coffee pod organizers, including the CoffeeStach and CafeStack.
YouCopia is proud of their continued quest for a functional and innovative products that improve kitchen organization. They are motivated by the success stories of their customers and their own desire for living in harmony at home.

My Review:
Do your baking goods crowd up your cabinets? Well, if your a baker, I'm pretty sure they do, lol. I have a lot of baking goods in my cabinets that hog up way to much space. Sometimes it get's out of hand. I was given a wonderful opportunity to review YouCopia's BakeStack

The BakeStack is the only in-cabinet organizer that is used for baking tools and accessories. It save you valuable pantry and drawer space by storing sprinkles, icing, candles, cake tips, cookie cutters and so much more in three customizable drawers. The BakeStack includes 18 easy fit drawer dividers that provide you will over a hundred possible drawer configurations. Not only is it used for baking supplies, but you can also use it for crafts, scrapbooking, sewing and even office supplies. Here are the features for the Bake Stack:
  • Store and organize your baking tools and accessories
  • BakeStack fits in standard cabinets, measures 10.9"D x 8.1"W x 8.8"H (27,7 x 20,5 x 22,2 centimeters)
  • Organizer comes with 18 drawer dividers: 3 vertical, 6 small horizontal, 3 each medium, large and x-large horizontal
  • 18 blank removable stickers for labeling the outside drawers
  • Multiple unites can be stacked on top of one another
  • There are non-skid feet that hold the unit securely in place
  • No assembly is required, just customize the drawers as you wish.

The image on the left shows you what comes inside the box. As you can see, there is not much to assemble at all. Just place the drawers in any way you want and you are good to go. In the image on the right, I customized the drawer a bit. I had to switch things around once I have the baking stuff taken out of the cabinets. I forgot how much I had and I wanted to get everything in place and out of the way, lol.

Once I cleared out some space in my cabinet, I placed the BakeStake right on the shelf. To be honest, I wasn't sure if it was going to fit or not in the cabinet. Surprisingly, it fits quite nice in there.

I pulled out one of the drawers so you can get an idea of how you can organize your BakeStack. Now, the one feature that I love about the BakeStack is the drawers. Not only because you can organize them anyway you please, but the fact that the drawers can be pulled out and they hang. What do I mean when I say hang? Well, with the drawer, you pull it out as far as it can go and it will drop down some and stay in place. It makes things easier and more convenient for you. It helps a lot when you have it in a cabinet above the sink because you can see what you have and not have to take the whole thing out just to see what is available.

I guess you can say it's one of those needed kitchen items that will help keep your things in place. Well, not everything but mainly the small stuff that likes to linger and cause clutter, lol. The only thing I have right now in my BakeStack is just the basic baking items I use pretty much everyday. I would put my cookie cutter in there, but I have so many and there is no way I can fit all of them in the YouCopia along with all my baking good. But it all works out quite well. I am pleased with the BakeStack and it's a great product to have in your kitchen!
