Wantable Makeup Box Review

Unknown | 1:45 PM | |

Wantable is a one of a kind subscription site that customizes your makeup, accessories and other items based off of your personality. When it comes to the subscription boxes, they have you do a survey before completing the order. This survey shows you pictures and asks you about products that you love, like and dislike. Wantable will never send you anything that you dislike.

As you can see here, Wantable has a list of things I Love, Like and Dislike. Blush and lip color are the two things I dislike the most. I mean, they aren't bad if you find the right one, I just never cared for wearing either of them. I am big on wearing eye makeup more than anything else.

Here is my Wantable Makeup box that I received for review. It has more than I expected in here!

This right here is the Manna Kadar Lush and Long lash primer ($19.00). The conditioning lash primer is used before you apply your mascara. I love using this when I want my lashes to stand out!

Fake It false lashes ($6.00) is one product I that surprised me. To be honest, I have never worn fake lashes and I have no clue on how to put these things on. I've seen many tutorials on Youtube and majority of the beauty vloggers wear false lashes. They make it look so easy putting them on, lol. I tried wearing them to see how they looked, but I didn't care for them. Maybe one day I will give them another shot and see how they look, but for now I'm going to have to pass on them.

JAPONESQUE Angled Foundation Brush ($24.00) is one of my favorite products in the whole box. I've wanted a foundation brush for the longest, but I didn't know where to start or what brand would be the best. Usually when it came to applying foundation I either used my fingers or those foam concealer pads. The foundation brush is better than using the foam pads because it's smooth and it spreads the makeup evenly on my face.

Darla Makeup's Peepers Eyeshadow Rolled Oats ($18.00) is the perfect color for me. It's natural, light and it feels great on my eyelids. What I mean by it feeling great is that it's not heavy like other brands I have tried in the past. I usually by store brand makeup and not everyone of those makeup brands I buy are good quality. Some of them feel thick on the eyes or they become powdery and get all over the place. I know it sounds like a goofy description, but it's the best way I can describe it, lol.

My second favorite product is the Pomegranate Palace Garden Nail Polish ($8.50). I love the color of the polish. Honestly, I never really cared for having green polish on unless I were doing a Christmas theme. The thing that I love about this polish is that it has a mix of green and silver. In certain lighting, the polish looks different. It goes on quite smoothly and one coat of polish works just as great as having two coats on. I mean, you can add two coats if you want, but I think one coat is good enough.

The last product that I received is a Lise Water eye shadow sample. I have not tried the sample yet, but when I do, I'm going to give the Sunrise Peach a try. I am quite pleased with all the products that I received in the makeup box from Wantable. They definitely added what I like and love!

Check out Wantable for the Makeup, Accessories and Intimates box ($36.00 each month). You can also find Wantable on:

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
