It's week 2 of my Nutrisystem journey and things have been a bit rocky... So far I've only lost three pounds in the past week, so that brings me down to 176.4 pounds. I know with the Fast Five your guaranteed to lose five pounds in the first week. I mean, three pounds is good for the first week, but five pounds would have been great!
I've exercised, followed the meal plan and did what I was supposed to. Honestly, I think drinking coffee was the set back from losing more weight. I am a big coffee drinker and it's what helps me through the day. But, we all know that since it's caffeine, it doesn't help much when you are on a diet. So, I've cut coffee out completely and it SUCKS!!! I can't believe how tired and exhausted I feel without it. Yeah it's been a day without a cup of java, but if I have one, I'm going to end up drinking 3 to 4 glasses of coffee instead.
I would buy some instant coffee and that way I can have one cup, but instant coffee has more junk in it than regular coffee. I'll figure something out... In the meantime, I'm just cutting the coffee out and we'll see what happens from there.
