MyFBM / My Chord Friendship Bracelet Maker Review

Unknown | 2:44 PM | | | |

Friendship bracelets have been a big hit for many, I mean many years and to this day, we still make them. There are many tools, tricks and tips on how to make the perfect bracelet. But out of all the products out there on the market today, MyFBM (My Friendship Bracelet Maker) came out with some pretty niffty products that will turn bracelet making into a fun, yet easy experience. MyFMB recently came out with two new products and I was given the opportunity to review one of them. I was sent the My Chord Friendship Bracelet Maker.

Product Details:
With a unique twist and one-of-a-kind guitar design, these silky cord bracelets are the next fashion-forward statement for girls across the nation. These trending cord bracelets are now even easier to create, share and wear, whether girls are on the road with family or at a friend’s. With a built in storage tray, everything needed to make fashionable and fun bracelets is included right inside!

• Pull out drawer under loom stores supplies
• (10) pre-cut cords in 10 colors
• Fold-up treble clef hook holds your bracelet in place while knotting
• Easy instructions are included for making your first Corkscrew and Square Knot bracelets

Check out some of the bracelets I've made with the Chord Maker:

To be quite honest, making these bracelets was a heck of a lot easier than I thought it would be. The reason why I say that is because the way I used to make them was more complicating and I just... gave up. I remember taping one end of the string to the table while I held the other end by hand. From there, I looped everything with the other hand. It was a burden for me because the tape would come undone every time I tugged on the string or the bracelet would come out uneven... I knew a few people who were pretty good at making these bracelets by hand, but I couldn't.

The thing that I enjoy most about the Chord Maker is that I don't need tape to hold the bracelet in place and both hands are free! Everything is held in place and no matter how much you tug, the bracelet doesn't budge or unravel.  I mean, the time I spend making a bracelet with the Chord maker is just minutes compared to hours when doing it by hand. I give this product a Five Star rating!!

  2. I remember making these friendship bracelets when I was in Girl Scouts. Love that this kit comes in a cool guitar and stores away the cords in a drawer in the side of it. Very nice!
