What's an amazing Wubble bubble ball? Just picture a giant bubble that never pops and can played with day in and day out. Sounds like an awesome toy, doesn't it? Uh, yeah! I was given the opportunity to review the amazing Wubble bubble ball.
Items included in the Wubble bubble kit:
- 1 Wubble ball
- 1 Wubble pump
- 1 nozzle adapter
- 1 inflation guide
When it comes to inflating the Wubble bubble ball for the first time, you want to be careful. The reason why I say this is because the clamp (piece used to insert nozzle adapter into balloon) looks a bit on the pointy side. You want to carefully put the clamp into the hole of the ball making sure that you are not piercing the inside walls and creating a hole that should not be there. Inflating the Wubble ball the first time takes a bit more work because the rubber is stuck together on the inside, but after that, it's a breeze!
There is also another method that makes inflating the ball a heck of a lot easier, but of course I didn't see this video till a day or so after the kids had played with the ball, lol. Here is the video showing you an easier way to inflate the Wubble bubble ball:
My kids pestered the heck out of me the moment they seen the Wubble bubble ball. They went from seeing the commercial on TV to having it in the mail and now they are jumping around like a bunch of loonies just itching to play with it.
There are a couple things you should also know about the Wubble ball! The bigger the ball, the more cautious you have to be. Basically what I'm trying to say is that, if the child is young like mine are, you might not want to blow the ball to the full 3 feet. Maybe 2 feet is better because the smaller the ball, the thicker it is and it will also last longer as well. I read about it in the instruction guide and I also found out the hard way after the first day... I noticed my kids had a hard time trying to grab the ball when it was bigger and that left some marks. It looked like they had used their nails to grab the ball... So, I deflated it to a smaller size and it worked out much better.
They're still at that destructive age... Kids will be kids though! Right?
Oh, speaking of kids being destructive, for some reason the kids were having a blast throwing the ball in each others faces. Strange, yes, but... I can see why. When I was tossing the ball back and forth with them, I did in fact get hit in the face with the ball. When I got hit, it didn't hurt. It was almost like getting a pillow thrown at me. So, not only is the Wubble bubble ball fun for all ages, it's also safe to and you don't have to worry about anyone getting hurt. It's a great toy and we have tons of fun with it!
