This recipe right here is easy! I make this almost every morning for my kids and they love it.
Not-So-Fancy Breakfast Pizza
4 to 6 eggs
Salt to taste
Shredded cheese (any flavor!)
- Grab a small to medium sized pan and spray with cooking spray. Place on burner, but do not crank the heat yet! Break eggs and add to pan. Whisk eggs together. Once eggs have been whisked, turn the heat to medium-high. Sprinkle a dash of salt on eggs for taste.
- Now that the eggs have been added to the pan, add your topping to the eggs. Once you've added your topping, cover the eggs and let cook for about 5 to 10 minutes or until eggs are fully cooked. While eggs are cooking, keep them covered, but check on them here and there to see how it's coming along. Do not flip or stir the pizza! Flipping or stirring the eggs will destroy the crust that forms at the bottom of the pizza! You'll know when the eggs are fully cooked because it will fluff and the center of the pizza will not wiggle when you lightly shake the pan
- Once pizza is cooked, place it on a plate and let sit for about 1 to 2 minutes. This allows cheese and other ingredients to settle before cutting. Cut pizza to your liking and enjoy!
