Take care of your lady parts with RepHresh

I honestly don't know how I'm going to start this post, lol. I mean, it's one of those subjects that us women tend to avoid. Not everyone is that way, but if your like me, talking about the "area" can get a bit uncomfortable. Even more now because I'm talking with the world about this, lol. The reason why I'm bringing this subject up is because there are a lot of women out there that are dealing with an issue that they feel gets in the way of their everyday activities. With this being said, we either see a doc for those issues or we head to the nearest store and get what we can over the counter.

But, not all products out there treat certain things, especially things that people may notice. Huh... This is just one subject I never thought I'd be sharing with you guys, lol. I'm sure every female, or at least everyone one of you have experienced some form of infection down there. I will admit that I've had a UTI (urinary tract infection) in the past and it was so fricken uncomfortable. I guess I had it pretty bad because I was peeing blood before I found out and I ended up needing antibiotics to treat it. The antibiotics weren't cheap either... I also received treatment in the past, more like years ago for a yeast infection... Yeah...

I recently received a product from RepHresh to review. Basically what this product does is treat bacterial vaginosis, yeast infections, itching, irritations, feminine odor, and it helps you maintain a vaginal pH. Now, some people may think that when a woman gets an infection or gets some form of irritation down there that they caused it. Not true! Every woman's body is different and some women's normal pH balance can be disrupted by everyday occurrences like menstruation, intercourse and normal hormone fluctuations. You can be doing everything right and out of nowhere you notice an unpleasant change. It happens and as we get older, out body goes through changes all over! Oh, and that "fishy" odor that comes from the area is a sign that you have elevated pH.

With RepHresh, it helps to eliminate vaginal odor and it's clinically shown to get to the cause which is unbalanced vaginal pH. When vaginal pH is unbalanced, odor causing microorganisms begins to flourish and this can get unpleasant at times. So, when using the RepHresh, the odor does go away! I just had to add this in here, but did you know that gynecologists do a procedure that tests for vaginal odor and the amines that cause it? I honestly didn't know that. And guess what the test is called? The "Whiff Test"... lol!

    1. It does help out a lot, but we also react differently to certain foods. Certain foods tend to make the area smell... Plus, birth control also changes the PH balance and it effects women differently.

  11. It is crazy that we are all (and I am no better) too modest to talk about this. Our health is so important, and the balance of the body is so very important. I used to get a lot of UTI's and it always amazed me how people would respond when I would tell them. I had to tell certain people as it was quite obvious that I was uncomfortable and leaving to go to the bathroom a zillion times a day. Good to see there are products out there that can help with pH and balancing our internal systems.

    1. It is a good thing knowing that there are products that can help us, especially when it comes to that area. We have so many issues and it does become bothersome. When it comes to UTI's, they can happen at any time and at any age and sometimes we don't notice until we piss blood. But knowing there there is something that can help us relieve any of that makes things a lot better for us.
