FramedArt.com's Space Art Review

Unknown | 4:08 PM | | | | |

Art comes in many forms, whether it's through music, dance, plays or even through a paintings. It's a form of expression that captures our imagination and creative side. For hundreds of thousands of years, art has been expressed in many forms and to this day, art has carried on in our lives. Artist like Pablo Picasso, William Morris and John Harris have created art in a contemporary, modern and old master form. Today, we use art in our homes to express our personal style and who we are.

I've always been fascinated with art since I was a child and I find it as a gateway into another world or into the mind. It also depends on the painting as well. Different paintings fuel different emotions and some may see it one way while others see it another. It's all about how you look at it.

I was recently given the opportunity to work with framedart.com and I must say, they have quite the selection of art in many styles! To be honest, I had a hard time deciding what I wanted to review. I couldn't decide if I wanted something more modern, contemporary, vintage or abstract. I mean, I searched every category and style where is on their site. But after an hour or so, I found one that was quite unique. The painting you see above is the Gaseous pillars of M-16 Eagle Nebula, Star birth photographed by Hubble Space Telescope.

This photo is a remarkable piece I'd have to say. It reminds me so much of this space book I used to read as a kid. My dad used to have one of those books that was about three times the size of a regular book and it was all about the solar system. I used to sit for hours just gazing at the photos and just wishing I could see every inch of space in person. A part of me still feels that way.
When I see this picture, the birth of a star, I see it as a life being born. It's difficult to describe in words, but it's the feeling you get when you look at the photo. Some may see it as just a form of gas or even a natural phenomenon. It all depends on how you picture it and how you feel about the photo. Like I said, it's hard to describe how I feel about this photo other than a life being born. There's a lot of space art on frameart.com that I wanted to review, but this one caught my eye the most! And honestly, I'm fascinated and mesmerized by this photo!

  1. It would be so awesome to have some art of the Northern Lights on the wall! Are walls are pretty plain so we could use some pop of décor on the walls. The space art is pretty amazing too!

  6. Space art is great! And the Birth of a Star is lovely. My favorite, though, is earthrise over the moon, taken by the Apollo astronauts. Can you imagine STANDING ON THE MOON, taking a picture of your home planet, from 240,000 miles away?? It boggles the mind!

  10. OMG, how cool is that! I grew up fascinated with Saturn, and even had those glow star stickers on my ceiling! I just checked out their other space art and I'm in love with "spacial phenomenon in the cosmos", it is stunning and vibrant! Looks like I will be saving up for quite a while so I can have such beauty on my own wall!!! I'm so pleased that I came across your review, thank you!
